Application
719 is an oxidized polyethylene wax product with both internal and external lubrication properties. It is highly suitable for wood-plastic composites, profiles, masterbatches, rubber materials and other fields. With its optimal ratio of carboxyl and hydroxyl groups along with long-chain aliphatic hydrocarbons, it can better promote the plasticization of PVC products. Even with higher calcium carbonate content, it ensures product qualification rates, improves product gloss, enhances the surface properties of wood-plastic composites, and prevents material decomposition during plasticization with low thermal weight loss. It maintains dimensional stability of profiles, helping customers maintain competitive advantages over peers.
